Cardi B pleads guilty to assault and reckless endangerment charges

Rapper Cardi B has pleaded guilty to third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment following a brawl in a New York strip club in 2018.

The Grammy-winning rapper, born Belcalis Almanzar, was sentenced to 15 days of community service.

Ten other charges were dismissed.

The 29-year-old admitted to organising and participating in two attacks on employees of the Angels nightclub.

Authorities say the feud stemmed from an alleged affair between one of the dancers and Cardi's husband, rapper Offset.
