Daynea Deacon-Jones is the winner of the JCDC Jamaica Gospel Song Competition that was held on Sunday at the National Arena.
Ms. Deacon-Jones received a cash prize of $500,000 and trophy courtesy of the JCDC, a cash prize of $100,000 courtesy of JAMCOPY for writing the winning song, Worshipper's Heart and two days/one night accommodation at Azul Sensatori Resort Negril.
