Popcaan launches Unruly Fest 2019

International dancehall deejay Popcaan on Wednesday night launched the second staging of Unruly Fest.
 
The event, which took place at the Triple Century Sports Bar in New Kingston, saw fans, peers and supporters out in their numbers to support the self proclaimed unruly deejay.
 
Culture and Entertainment Minister Olivia Grange as well as Member of Parliament for Western St. Thomas James Robertson were among the speakers. 
 
Unruly Fest 2019 will have a new home at the Good Year tyre factory on December 21.
 
Confirmed acts for this year's staging include Agent Sasco, Bounty Killer, Capleton, Sizzla Kalonji, and newcomers Chronic Law, Quada Don and JahFrass.
 
About 15,000-plus fans witnessed the first staging of the event which featured surprise international rappers Drake and Tory Lanez.
