Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan, have reportedly abandoned social media as they focus on their new roles in the US.
The couple amassed more than 10 million followers on their official royal Instagram account, but are said to have become discouraged by the hate they have encountered online.
Reports are that they have no plans to use social media for their non-profit organisation, Archewell, and are unlikely to return to the sites in a personal capacity.
Meghan has previously spoken about the almost unsurvivable toll of online abuse and revealed that she was the most trolled person in the world in 2019.
