Canadian rapper and singer Tory Lanez was yesterday charged with shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
It comes three months after an argument between the rappers that resulted in Megan being shot in the foot.
Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, is charged with one felony count each of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.
He also faces a gun allegation and that he personally inflicted great bodily injury.
An arraignment for Lanez is scheduled on October 13.
If convicted, he could face a maximum sentence of 22 years and eight months in state prison.
