The board of listed company Derrimon Trading is to meet on Monday to consider recommending to shareholders at the annual general meeting certain resolutions to facilitate raising additional equity investment.
It has informed the Jamaica Stock Exchange that this will be done via an additional public offering of ordinary shares.
