Economy still on track to recover despite concern about new COVID variant - EPOC

Keith Duncan, Chairman of the Economic Programme Oversight Committee (EPOC), says despite uncertainties caused by the new variant of COVID-19, the local economy is still on track to recover this year.
Mr. Duncan says the forecast is for the economic rebound to continue into 2022.
The Jamaican economy contracted by 10.7 per cent in the September quarter.
