Facey Commodity, which lost inventory due to the massive fire at its warehouse on October 9, says it is in discussions to secure additional space.
In a release on Tuesday, the company, which is a subsidiary of the Seprod Group, said in order to quickly replace the goods lost, production is being ramped up.
Facey says external suppliers have responded by expediting orders, and have commenced delivery.
The clearing of goods on the port is being fast tracked.
Facey says the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
It disclosed that the property and its contents were insured, and settlement of insurance claims is underway.
