Guardian Group lists J$7-billion in unsecured notes on JSE

Guardian Group has listed  $7- billion  in fixed rate unsecured notes on the Jamaica Stock Exchange's private market that  was launched on January 11.

The market provides investors with the opportunity to list bonds and equity securities that are in accordance with the Financial Services Commission FSC's guidelines.

Issuers of  securities in the private market must first be registered with the FSC in order to be considered for private listing.
