KLE makes changes due to Covid-19

Listed company KLE Group has outlined plans to operate without a Chief Executive Officer as it tries to navigate the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on its operations.
The company says during a meeting of its board on November 6 the decision was made to restructure KLE's management.
The new structure will entail the implementation of two sub-committees of  the Board with responsibility for overseeing the operations of  the Restaurant Division and another for the Real Estate Division.
KLE says the changes took effect on Monday and will allow it to alleviate the burden of the executive costs of a CEO until more reasonable predictions can be made on the way forward.
