Red Stripe sets target for employment balance

Alcoholic beverage company Red Stripe has set new targets for employment balance.

At an event last week, the company indicated that it will be working to reach its parent company Heineken diversity goals.

This is aimed at having 30 per cent of  female leaders in senior management by 2025 and 40 per cent by 2030. 

By 2023, the company also hopes to have at least 65 per cent of  senior leaders being nationals of  the respective regions.
