Central Sorting Office reopens following complaints of noxious fumes

The Central Sorting Office on South Camp Road in St. Andrew which was closed on Tuesday due to noxious fumes has reopened.
 
The Jamaica Fire Brigade on Wednesday gave clearance for the resumption of operations, citing a decrease in toxicity levels. 
 
Emeleo Ebanks, Public Relations Officer for the Brigade, said the cause of the fumes is still not known.
 
Investigations will continue. 
 
The Ministry of Health and the National Environment and Planning Agency have joined the Brigade in the probe.
