The Ministry of Social Security is to continue the distribution of welfare packages to households in Corn Piece in Hayes, Clarendon during the extension of the quarantine.
The quarantine order was last week extended for a further 14 days.
Several persons who have tested positive for COVID-19 are either from the community or linked to a case from the area.
Collette Roberts Risden, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Social Security, said care packages which contain food items and basic sanitary supplies, such as toilet paper, will be delivered to the community this week.
Sixty households will benefit.
