Chairman of West Indies Petroleum, Gordon Shirley says Courtney Wilkinson and John Levy are no longer directors of the company.
Mr. Shirley said on Sunday, this followed a difference of opinion regarding the direction of the company.
Mr. Shirley says the men's tenure as members of the Board came to an end during a recent extraordinary general meeting.
Mr. Wilkinson and Mr. Levy remain shareholders of West Indies Petroleum.
