Convicted banker Andrea Gordon is to return to court on June 10 next year regarding an application for a forfeiture and pecuniary penalty order.
When the matter was called up in the Home Circuit Court on Friday morning, the court was told that Gordon, who was without legal representation, is now represented by Michelle Thomas.
The court was also told that the investigation is ongoing.
A timetable was set for documents to be served on the respective parties and for them to reply by May 30.
The forfeiture and pecuniary penalty order was filed by the Financial Investigation Division.
In May, Gordon was sentenced to seven years and six months in prison after pleading guilty to stealing $34 million from National Commercial Bank.
