FBI asked to probe death of Jamaican man in Pennsylvania

The family of Jamaican man Peter Spencer, who was shot dead in Venango County, Pennsylvania in the United States on December 12, is now demanding that the FBI be called in to probe the circumstances which led to his death.
 
Officials said Mr. Spencer was found shot nine times after spending time with a former co-worker and others.
 
Pennsylvania State Police Heritage Affairs Section which investigates hate or bias-related crimes is involved in the case.
 
The attorney for Mr. Spencer's family held a news conference on Wednesday.
 
 
Foreign Affairs Minister Kamina Johnson Smith has received updates via the Consul General in New York.
