There has been a change to the hearing date in the matter involving former Haitian senator Jean Joel Joseph.
Mr. Joseph is now scheduled to appear before the St. Andrew Parish Court on Thursday on immigration-related charges.
He is a prime suspect in the July 7 assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moïse.
The Haitian president was killed and his wife wounded when about 20 men burst into the presidential residence and shot them.
Mr. Joseph and three members of his family were arrested in St. Elizabeth on Friday night.
