The Government will be assisting with the funeral expenses for the family of five killed in New Road, Clarendon.
The announcement was made by Robert Morgan, Minister with responsibility for Information.
Mr. Morgan, who is also the Member of Parliament Clarendon North Central where New Road is located, said pledges of assistance have also come from the constituency.
"Several funeral homes in the constituency have also approached me to say that they are willing to assist with the funeral expenses," he noted, adding that he would be "personally helping to deal with the various events that are surrounding this, including trying to get some more counselling".
"We're going to help this family, we're going to help the children. I think it is our duty to do it," he declared.
