The International Organization for Migration (IOM) on Monday launched a US$15 million appeal to support 137,000 families affected by the deadly earthquake in Haiti.
Almost 53,000 buildings collapsed, while another 77,000 were severely damaged.
The IOM said the funding will be used to help the Haitian authorities with temporary shelter, mental health support and COVID-19 prevention.
The death toll from the August 14 earthquake has risen to 2,207.
Another 344 people are missing and presumed dead.
