Islandwide curfew extended to January 31

The government has extended the islandwide curfew to January 31.
The current curfew ends on Friday.
A statement Thursday morning from the Office of the Prime Minister said all other measures announced under the Disaster Risk Management Act have also been extended until the end of the month.
It said the decision is in light of the Ministry of Health's continued assessment of the degree of spread of COVID-19 over the holiday season.
