JTA delegates meeting to decide whether to accept 4% wage offer

Jamaica Teachers' Association (JTA) delegates are now meeting to decide whether to accept the government's four per cent wage offer.
The JTA rejected the government's two and three per cent wage offers, describing them as a slap in the face of the nation's teachers.
The virtual meeting with the delegates started at 10 o'clock.
