A man is dead and another in hospital following a motor vehicle crash Thursday morning in St. Thomas.
The deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Chandy Cooper of Pamphret, St. Thomas.
About 5 o'clock the two men were travelling in a Honda CRV on the Pamphret main road when Mr. Cooper reportedly lost control of the vehicle and it slammed into a wall.
Mr. Cooper was pronounced dead at hospital.
A 19-year-old man, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was hospitalised.
Eleven people have died in traffic mishaps in St. Thomas since the start of the year.
