The Manchester police are searching for gunmen who reportedly engaged them in a shootout in Bellfield on Tuesday.
It was reported that the police signalled a car to stop, however, the driver disobeyed and there was a high speed chase.
The vehicle was intercepted after it crashed into the police service vehicle.
This led to the shootout.
The gunmen escaped.
The police reportedly found eight bags containing 60 pounds of ganja inside the vehicle.
