Motorcyclist killed in St. Ann crash

A motorcyclist is dead and his pillion rider in serious condition following a collision with a truck on the Drax Hall main road in St. Ann on Monday night.
The deceased is 30-year-old Maurice Morris, a mechanic of Windsor in St. Ann's Bay.
It's reported that about 9:25, the driver of the truck was making a right turn in the vicinity of the Total Energies gas station when he collided with the motorcycle that was on the soft shoulder.
Morris, who was driving the motorcycle was pronounced dead at hospital, while the pillion was admitted.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
