The National Works Agency (NWA) says the heavy rains have resulted in breakaways at two sections of the Stettin to Highgate Hall road, in Southern Trelawny.
The breakaways are located in the vicinity of the Wait-A-Bit police station and Highgate Hall.
The road in the vicinity of the breakaways has been reduced to single lane access.
Technical teams from the NWA are conducting damage assessment.
Motorists are being advised to proceed with caution.
