NWC says pipelines in sections of East Rural St. Andrew damaged by bush fires, landslides

The National Water Commission (NWC) says forest fires and landslides in sections of East Rural St. Andrew have dislocated several pipelines on the Sugar Loaf Gravity System network.
The NWC says customers in Sugar Loaf, Penfield and parts of Cameron Hill will be affected.
According to the NWC, a restoration timeline for the facility will be provided once an assessment of the damage is completed.
