One of the suspects taken into custody for the fatal shooting of four-year-old Chloe Brown in Freeman's Hall, Trelawny, has been charged with murder.
Thirty-six-year-old Kevin Williams, a chef of Freeman's Hall and Mount Zion in St. Andrew, has also been charged with wounding with intent, illegal possession of a firearm and burglary.
It was reported that about 1 o'clock Monday morning, Chloe and her father were at home when there was a knock on the door.
Her father, who went to check, was shot in the leg while Chloe was shot in the abdomen.
