Charges have been laid against two fishermen who were arrested last week following a drug bust off the coast of Negril, Westmorelamd.

A statement issued last night by the police said Luke Blackwood, 32 from Crawford, St Elizabeth and David Williams,42 of Whitehouse, Westmoreland have been charged with several breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act and the Firearms Act.
It's reported that about 11 pm on December 5, the Jamaica Defence Force Coast Guard intercepted the vessel.
It was searched and 900 pounds of compressed ganja, a firearm and 54 assorted rounds of ammunition reportedly found.
The ganja has been valued at $3.6 million.
The men are scheduled to appear in the Westmoreland Parish Court on Thursday.
