The police are searching for a man who shot a vendor in full view of scores of people in Ocho Rios, St. Ann on Monday night.
Krishna Gibbs, a 27-year-old of Three Hills in St. Mary, was standing on the sidewalk in the town centre when a man alighted a car and fired several shots in his direction.
The man walked back to the car, which sped off.
Mr. Gibbs was pronounced dead at hospital.
