Seven new cases of COVID-19; Jamaica's tally now 728

Jamaica has recorded seven new cases of the COVID-19, increasing the country's tally to 728.

The Ministry of Health & Wellness says the seven new cases are all imported. They consist of three males and four females, ranging from 12 to 62 years.

Three of the individuals are from St Catherine, two from Kingston & St Andrew, one from St James, and one from St Elizabeth.

The health ministry says 569 patients have recovered so far from the coronavirus.

The ministry says there are 139 active cases currently under observation including one moderately ill person.
