St. Kitts-Nevis announces first two cases of COVID-19

St. Kitts-Nevis on Wednesday announced its first two cases of the coronavirus.
 
Health Minister Wendy Phipps said the cases were confirmed late Tuesday night.
 
The patients, a 57 year old woman and a 21 year old man, both have a recent travel history to the US.
 
Miss Phipps said both persons are nationals of the twin island federation.
 
They returned on March 18 and were tested two days later.
 
The Health Minister said both persons have been in quarantine since their arrival.
