Three killed in motor vehicle crash in St. Catherine

An early morning motor vehicle crash on the western leg of the Portmore Toll Road, St.Catherine has claimed the lives of three people.

 
The crash highlighted what has been a longstanding concern for the police and health authorities; that members of the public continue to breach the established 10:00 pm curfew.
 
According to knowledegable sources, this morning's crash occurred near 12:40, about 300 meters from the toll booth.  
 
It's understood that the vehicle in question had seven passengers.
 
Preliminary investigations reveal that the group had just left a party in a section of the Corporate Area leading to the fatal crash.
 
Three occupants succumbed to their injuries, while four others  were taken to hospital.
 
One of those killed was   Jonoi Lewis,34,  of Portmore, he was reportedly driving the vehicle. 
 
The other victims are Ricky Gordon and a man known only by his alias,  Ryhgin King.
 
Two male and two female passengers were taken to hospital for treatment.   
 
All reportedly reside in Portmore St. Catherine.
