There have been three additional deaths from COVID-19 in Jamaica in the last 24 hours.
There are now 182 deaths from the respiratory illness.
Two of the deceased are from St. James.
Both are men ages 77 and 88 years.
The other deceased is a 91 year old woman from St. Ann.
Two more deaths are under investigation.
Jamaica's COVID-19 case count has risen to 8,638 after 38 new cases were confirmed on Thursday.
Their ages of those confirmed with the virus range from nine to 85 years.
