Two more COVID-19 deaths confirmed

Jamaica's COVID-19 death toll has increased to 3,296 after two more people died from the disease.
 
The latest fatalities are a 53-year-old man and 64-year-old woman, both from Kingston.
 
Hospitalisations from the virus have increased by seven to 102.
 
Seven of the patients are severely ill and two in critical condition.
 
At the same time, 71 COVID-19 cases were confirmed Wednesday from 437 samples.
 
The positivity rate is 16.2 per cent.
