Threatening the integrity of the Faith

On the October 24 edition of Radio Jamaica's news review show, That's a Rap, host Earl Moxam interviewed Rev. Dr. Glenroy Lalor, Pastor of Bethel Baptist Church in St. Andrew and incoming President of the Jamaica Baptist Union, about new challenges to the integrity of the Christian Faith in Jamaica.

This followed the arrest of Kevin Smith, leader Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries, an obscure religious group, accompanied by the shocking news of the ritual sacrifice of two members of the organization. Another member was killed, reportedly during a shootout with the police.

Smith and a policeman died in three-vehicle crash on the Linstead bypass in St. Catherine on Monday while he was being transported from Montego Bay to Kingston.
