St Lucia is among seven destinations on the US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention Covid 19 Travel Warning List.
The US State Department has also issued a do not travel advisory for the seven destinations.
The CDC recommends Americans avoid traveling to locales within the Level 4 category, and advises that those who absolutely must make the trip be fully vaccinated beforehand.
