St. Vincent government seeking to obtain pre-fab houses from Guyana

The Vincentian government is exploring the possibility of getting pre- fabricated houses from Guyana to help with the rebuilding the housing stock damaged as a result of last year's volcanic eruptions.
Deputy Prime Minister Montgomery Daniel led a delegation to Guyana, to further examine the issue including having discussions on pricing.
Prime Minister, Dr Ralph Gonsalves said on a radio programme last week that he has already held discussions with Guyana's President, Irfaan Ali relating to the purchase of pre-fabricated green heart houses.
These houses from Guyana will hopefully speed up the rebuilding process in the aftermath of last year's eruptions of La Soufriere volcano.
