"Big 12" seeks third straight career victory as a pro

Report by RJRGLEANER Communications Group Sports Reporter Jerome Foster

Ricardo “Big 12” Brown will be looking to make it three wins in as many bouts when he takes on Mexican Santiago Martinez in their heavyweight clash in Canada on Saturday.

Brown is 2-0 in his professional career following wins over Julio Cachi Cabrera and Mario Juarez in Canada earlier this year.

Martinez has won four of his last five bouts but Brown's coach Dewith Frazer says the fight should not go the distance.

Three other Jamaicans, Richard "Frog" Holmes, Joshua Frazer and Gregory Miller will feature on the nine fight night which starts at 5:45 pm on TVJ Sports Network and Hitz 92 FM with live coverage on TVJ starting at 8:30.
