West Indies all-rounder Roston Chase says he has no intention of proving to fans that he merits a place in the ODI team following his Man of the Series performance in the team's 3-0 series win over Afghanistan. Chase was the leading bowler in the series with six wickets and ended second top scorer with 145 runs and says his hard work will show his true worth down the line.
Meanwhile, the Windies complete the sweep with a comfortable five wicket win on Monday after ending at 235-5, chasing 249 for victory with eight balls to spare. Shai Hope notched his seventh century, 109 not out to guide the chase that saw Chase ending 42 not out and Jamaican debutant Brandon King making 39. The first of three T20 Internationals will take place on Thursday.
