Flemmings continues hot scoring form in USL

Reggae Boy Junior Flemmings netted his 12th goal from as many games in the United Soccer League (USL) as Pheonix Rising FC defeated Las Vegas lights 5-1 on Friday. Flemmings scored in the 55th minute.

The win took Phoenix Rising FC up to second in the Western Conference table. Flemmings also had two assists on the night.

The 24 year old continues to lead the USL Golden Boot race with 12 goals. His most prolific season in the USL was in 2019 when he scored 15 goals in 28 appearances for Pheonix Rising FC.

On Thursday he was given the Player of the Month Award for August in the USL for scoring seven goals in six games during the month.
