Former TTFA president secures court injunction to block EGM

Report by RJRGLEANER Communications Group Sports Reporter Spencer Darlington

Former Trinidad and Tobabo Football Association, president William Wallace and his team have secured an injunction, blocking an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), of the association's members, which was scheduled for Tuesday.

High Court judge Carol Gobin also prohibited FIFA and its agents from in any way seeking to interfere or undermine the substantive matter between the two parties 'except by way of lawful representations'.

In the interim, the status quo holds and Wallace and his elected officers remain in charge.
