Fraser-Pryce and Jackson headline 10 Jamaicans for Monaco Diamond League

World champions Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Shericka Jackson headline 10 Jamaicans down to compete at the Diamond League meet in Monaco on Wednesday.

Fresh off her fourth 10.67 second clocking of the season in Hungary on Monday, Fraser-Pryce will face off with World Championship silver medallist Jackson in the women's 100 metres at 1:24 pm Jamaica time. The race includes Mariee Jose Ta Lou of the Ivory Coast and Americans Aleia Hobbs and Twanisha Terry.

Commonwealth champion and World Championship silver medallist Shanieka Ricketts will once again lock horns with world champion  and world record holder Yulimar Rojas in the women's triple jump.

After pulling out of the Commonwealth Games final, Olympic 110 metre hurdles champion Hansle Parchment is looking forward to Wednesday’s  contest.

Meanwhile, Commonwealth champion Janieve Russell and Rushell Clayton will face the starter in the 400 metre hurdles.

World Championship finalists Candice McLeod and Stephanie-Ann McPherson along with Junelle Bromfield, are listed for the 400 metres, while national record holder Natoya Goule is slated for the 800 metres.
