Hamilton eager to get professional stint underway in Canada

Report by RJRGLEANER Communications Group Sports Reporter Jordan Forte

Cavalier forward Nicholas Hamilton is now on an indefinite wait to begin his first ever overseas professional contract. The 24 year old player would have been over a month into his first ever overseas professional contract by now, but for the effects of the Convid-19 pandemic.

Hamilton was signed to the Canadian Professional Football League by York 9 FC. The third season of the Canadian Premier League was to have kicked off in mid April but there is no definitive word yet on when the season will begin due to the impact of Covid-19.
