National youth player gets lacrosse university scholarship

Head coach of Jamaica's women's lacrosse team Karli Brentlinger says more Jamaicans are expected to receive scholarships to universities in North America this calendar year.

Janicia Skyers became the 4th Jamaican recently to receive a deal to play the sport in university and she will be decking out for Elmhurst University in Illinois this year. Skyers now joins Jessica Sylvester, Ishcah Browne and Felicia Dixon to be playing the sport in university.
