Race Zone Drift Kings series four cut short due to poor lighting

Poor lighting forced the Race Zone Drift Kings series part four to come to a premature end at the Fisheries car park in downtown Kingston on Sunday.
Results were arrived at based on runs completed prior to the halt.
Nicholas Barnes was declared the overall winner on the day, with Chris-Jon Addison and Maurice Whittingham finishing second and third, respectively.
Olympian Asafa Powell, who was one of the judges at the event, touted the quality of local drivers and said he is hoping the next competition will be better in terms of conditions as well as have more support.
Powell is also hoping to see himself on the race track in the near future as he is "slowly making his transition" into the sport.
