Reggae Boy Nicholson signs contract extension with Slovenian Premier League team

22 year old Jamaican international Shamar Nicholson has signed a three year extension with  Slovenian club NK Domzale until the summer of 2022. The former Boys’ Town player earned this new deal after scoring 11 goals in 25 games this campaign. His contribution has pushed Domzale to third in the Slovenian Premier League with five games to go.

If they maintain 3rd then they will book UEFA Europa League Football for next season. Since making his debut for Jamaica in 2017, Nicholson has gone on to play for Jamaica five times. He was a member of the Reggae Boyz squad that finished 2nd in the 2017 editions of the Gold Cup and Caribbean Cup.
