Following next Tuesday's friendly international between Jamaica's Reggae Boyz and 2-0 World Cup champions Argentina in New Jersey, the Jamaicans will take on another high profile team as their next assignment.
This was revealed to Radio Jamaica Sports by Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) president Michael Ricketts earlier this week.
However, he said the name of the opponent and date for the game cannot be announced as yet.
Meanwhile, the Reggae Girlz who will miss out on valuable match practice in the upcoming FIFA window from October 3-11, will however be busy in the following window which runs from November 7–15.
The girls will play two matches, one in Kingston and one in Montego Bay.
