Windies end Bangladesh tour on winning note

The West Indies have ended 2018 with a T20 series win over Bangladesh after a 50 run victory in the third and final T20 International in Dhaka on Saturday. After being sent into bat, the Windies were bowled out for 190 in 19.2 overs. Man-of-the-Match Evin Lewis top-scored with 89 from 36 balls.

Nicolas Pooran 29, Shai Hope 23 and Rovman Powell 19 were the only other players to get into double figures.
In reply Bangladesh were bowled out for 140 in 17 overs. Liton Das top scored with 43 for the home side.
Keemo Paul became the second West Indian after Darren Sammy to take a five wicket haul in a T20 international as he ended with figures of 5-15 from four overs. Jamaicans Fabian Allen and Sheldon Cottrell took 2-19 and 1-32 respectively.

Oshane Thomas went wicketless, conceding 56 runs from three overs. The Windies won the series 2-1. Up next for the Caribbean side, will be a home tour against England in January. The tour will consist of three tests, five ODI's and three T20's.
