Windies women trail England women 3-0 in T20 series

The West Indies women surrendered their five- match T20 series to their English counterparts after going down by 20 runs in Derby on Saturday for 3-0 deficit in their five match series.

Batting first, England posted 154-6 off their 20 overs with Nat Siver top scoring with 82. Skipper Heather Knight also chipped in 29.

Shamilia Connell and Deandra Dottin took two wickets each for the Caribbean side.

In reply, the visitors were restricted to 134-5 off their 20 overs with Dottin top scoring with 63. Hayley Matthews made 21, while skipper Stafanie Taylor ended unbeaten on 14 batting at number 6.

Katherine Brunt and Sarah Glenn took two wickets each for the home side. The fourth T20 is set for Monday at the same venue.
