Michael Bolton concert hailed as a success after raising USD$350 thousand

Organisers of the Michael Bolton concert in St Ann are hailing the event as a success after it raised 350-thousand US dollars for the Issa Trust Foundation.

This is 50-thousand dollars more than the target.

The foundation is seeking to build the Mary Issa Health Centre, a paediatric and adolescent care facility in St Ann.

Entertainment analysts says the show was marked by great performances from the legendary Michael Bolton, and Taurus Riley.

They also hailed opening act Kymani Marley who did some of his own songs and a few from his father Bob Marley.
